Location: Off the northwestern tip of Little Deer Isle, western entrance to Eggemoggin Reach, Penobscot Bay

Accessibility: The lighthouse is privately owned and is not open to the public, but a view from the mainland is available. From Route 1 in Orland, take Route 175 South. After about 22 miles, turn right onto Route 15 and continue for about five miles south across a bridge to Little Deer Isle. On Little Deer Isle, where Route 15 turns left, bear right through a triangular intersection onto Eggemoggin Road. Continue for 2.7 miles to the end of the road and park at a fishing pier, with a view of the lighthouse about 1,000 feet offshore.
